Harmony Auto is an international dealer group focusing on high-end and luxury automobiles. Since reaching a global strategic cooperation with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the construction and operation of multiple overseas market channels for its brands.

Due to the business development needs of Denza in New Zealand, “denza partners” are officially recruited to join in-store operations and jointly start the brand’s development chapter in new markets.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an excellent customer experience. This role will involve supervising staff, manage customer relations, and contributing to business strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments.
  • Ensure that staff are following company policies and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring dealership employees.
  • Monitor financial performance and meet dealership profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance employee productivity.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Assist in planning marketing strategies and dealership events.

About You

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in dealership management software and tools (e.g., Pentana, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve set goals.
