We are expanding our team and seeking a decisive Quality Controller to join our Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Centre. This is a critical role where your judgment, precision, and confidence will directly safeguard customer satisfaction and uphold our brand reputation. You will be the authority ensuring every vehicle meets strict safety, compliance, and presentation standards before delivery.

Responsibilities

Inbound Quality Controller

  • Responsible for inspecting vehicles upon arrival.
  • Document and report all damages, obtain quotations, and escalate to the Claims Officer.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely communication of inbound quality issues.

Outbound Quality Controller

  • Responsible for final inspection of vehicles prior to delivery.
  • Check condition, cleanliness, and correct accessory fitment.
  • Ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer standards before release.

Key Responsibilities (Both Inbound & Outbound):

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles post‑Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI).
  • Identify, document, and escalate defects promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive corrective actions in collaboration with technicians and warehouse staff.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and detailed quality reports.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards before vehicle release.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PDI processes and overall quality assurance.

About You

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence.

• Solid understanding of automotive standards, compliance, and safety requirements.

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence both technicians and management.

• Proven experience in automotive inspection, quality assurance, or similar roles.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hands‑on experience in the automotive sector is essential.
  • Background ideally from dealership environments as a technician, or from OEM or aftersales/parts operations.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, damage reporting, and accessory fitment standards.
