Harmony Auto is an international dealer group focusing on high-end and luxury automobiles. Since reaching a global strategic cooperation with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the construction and operation of multiple overseas market channels for its brands.

Due to the business development needs of Denza in New Zealand, “denza partners” are officially recruited to join in-store operations and jointly start the brand’s development chapter in new markets.

As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR OFFICER to join our dynamic team

Overview

The HR Officer supports dealership operations by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR processes while fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning staff performance with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for dealership staff
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Support performance management, training, and staff development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, workplace legislation, and safety standards
  • Coordinate payroll, leave management, and HR administration
  • Partner with managers to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations, preferably within automotive or retail industries
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
