Crow’s Nest Tourist Park is a family-friendly holiday park set beside a small lake in a peaceful bush environment. Offering self-contained cabins, caravan and camping sites, the park features a range of facilities including a heated swimming pool, playground, camp kitchens and bird aviary.

We are currently seeking a Casual Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented environment for our guests.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on housekeeping role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodation and facilities throughout the park.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and presenting tourist cabins to a high standard
  • Cleaning guest amenities, common areas and park facilities
  • Restocking cleaning products, toiletries and supplies as required
  • Ensuring accommodation and facilities are ready for arriving guests
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues to management
  • Supporting the general presentation and cleanliness of the park
  • Assisting the wider park team with other duties as required

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work across all 7 days of the week, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays, in line with the operational needs of the park. Days and hours may vary from week to week.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; however, training will be provided to the right person
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
  • The ability to work efficiently and unsupervised when required
  • A friendly, reliable and team-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A current manual driver’s licence
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • The ability and willingness to undertake a variety of duties as required
  • Availability to commence as soon as possible
