We are currently seeking a Casual All Rounder (Reception & Housekeeping) to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a varied, hands-on role combining front office reception duties with housekeeping responsibilities to help ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and memorable stay.

This casual position offers shifts rostered across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends. Hours and days will vary depending on operational requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to guests at reception.
  • Managing reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Responding to guest enquiries via phone, email and in person.
  • Cleaning and presenting cabins to a high standard.
  • Assisting with the cleaning of amenities, facilities and communal areas.
  • Restocking accommodation and cleaning supplies.
  • Reporting maintenance and safety concerns.
  • Assisting with a range of general park duties to maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS

  • Previous experience in a holiday park, hotel or hospitality environment in a similar role is highly regarded.
  • Experience in both customer service and housekeeping is preferred.
  • Reservation system experience (RMS preferred, however training will be provided).
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
  • A friendly, positive attitude with excellent personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks across reception and housekeeping.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
  • Availability for an immediate start is preferred.

REMUNERATION

The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality General Award.
