ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Shotcrete Nozzleman role is responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumping and spraying equipment while carrying out Shotcrete works, and also undertaking steel reinforcing installation placement, concrete finishing and other geotechnical construction activities. 

 

You’ll work closely with our team of experienced Supervisors, Project Managers, and site crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate concrete pumps and sprayed concrete equipment
  • Apply shotcrete to required thickness, consistency, and finish standards
  • Install reinforcing steel and starter bars in accordance with drawings and specifications
  • Carry out daily plant checks and basic maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report defects
  • Complete site documentation, QA records, and safety paperwork 
  • Assist with organising site activities and maintaining efficient workflow

  • Proven experience operating shotcrete concrete pumps and sprayed concrete equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
