At Gibbston Valley, we are proud of our rich history, award-winning wines, and unforgettable guest experiences. From wine tours and cellar door tastings to our cheesery, restaurants, spa, golf course and luxury lodge accommodation, Gibbston Valley offers something truly unique in the heart of Central Otago.

We are now looking for an organised, customer-focused, and proactive Wine Club & Office Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines office administration, customer service, wine club coordination, and support across multiple departments. If you enjoy multitasking, building relationships, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the central hub of our office operations, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while delivering an exceptional experience for our Wine Club members and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support and data entry
  • Managing Wine Club memberships, orders, and shipments
  • Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries
  • Managing the online shop and customer database
  • Supporting marketing, events, and other departments as required
  • Generating invoices and assisting with reporting
  • General office coordination and support

About you

You will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Experience using CRM, CMS, or eCommerce systems (Commerce7 experience advantageous)
  • A positive, adaptable attitude
  • A reliable vehicle and full NZ working rights (NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)
