At our core, we are a purpose-driven business, caring deeply about making a difference. Our passionate team plays a crucial role in bringing our mission to life. We foster a culture of idea-sharing and empowerment, encouraging our people to lead initiatives that positively impact our business, community, and members.

About The Role

As the Learning Partner, you will play a key role in enabling learning and capability development across the business. You will support the Performance and Capability Coach by owning the coordination, systems, reporting, and day-to-day activity that underpins an effective and engaging learning experience.

Alongside this, you will facilitate training, support program delivery, and help create practical learning experiences that are easy to apply on the job. You will work across teams to ensure learning is accessible, relevant, and aligned to business needs.

This role also brings an important AI-enabled learning lens. You will lead AI foundation learning, support the upkeep of AI-enabled tools and assistants, and help build confidence in new ways of working across the business.

Your day-to-day will look something like this:

  • Learning Coordination and Operations – Manage learning systems, records, reporting, and administration to ensure smooth delivery of learning across the business.
  • Learning Delivery and Facilitation – Support and deliver training sessions, workshops, onboarding, and team learning activities that are engaging and practical.
  • Program and Content Support – Assist in developing, improving, and preparing learning programs, materials, and resources.
  • AI and Digital Learning Enablement – Deliver AI and cybersecurity foundation training, maintain AI-enabled learning tools, and support teams to adopt digital ways of working.
  • Capability Support – Partner with the Performance and Capability Coach to roll out capability initiatives, leadership programs, and learning interventions.
  • Knowledge and Content Management – Maintain learning resources, documentation, and SharePoint to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Learning Culture and Support – Champion a growth mindset and provide practical support to employees and leaders across the business.
  • Reporting and Insights – Track learning activity, manage budgets, and provide insights to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

What Sets You Apart

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive learning professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, capability, operations, and technology.

You will bring strong coordination and administration capability, alongside confidence in facilitating training and supporting engaging learning experiences. You are comfortable working with digital tools and have an interest in AI-enabled ways of working.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and practical capability, with 5+ years in a comparable or related role.
  • Strong understanding of adult education and workplace learning.
  • Experience supporting training delivery, facilitation, and workshop coordination.
  • Practical understanding of AI-enabled tools or digital ways of working, and the ability to support others to use them effectively.
  • Experience maintaining learning content, systems, and knowledge resources.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools and Office 365.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
