About The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager – Onboarding, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for our new members and adviser network. Acting as the central point of support throughout the onboarding journey, you’ll ensure applications are processed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with all AML/CFT and regulatory requirements.

Working within a high-performing and collaborative team, you’ll balance quality, compliance, and customer experience while helping us deliver on our commitment to exceptional service.

Your day-to-day will look something like this:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new Generate members, including application processing, AML/CFT verification, and ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements.
  • Proactively engaging with advisers and prospective members to resolve incomplete applications, manage exceptions, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Ensure each application is processed to a high standard of accuracy, data integrity, privacy compliance, and adherence to established processes.
  • Building strong relationships with advisers, members, and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries, support positive customer outcomes, and uphold Generate’s service standards.
  • Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You have a strong eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working within structured processes where accuracy and compliance matter.

You are proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings 2+ years in a customer service, onboarding, administration or relationship management role.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Is a confident communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, advisers, internal stakeholders, and third party/external stakeholders.
  • Is comfortable using technology and quickly adapts to new systems and processes, Salesforce experience is advantageous.
  • Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach, shows initiative, and enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative, high performing team.
