What you’ll be doing

Working across our contracting fleet, stockfeed mill, and dairy goat farm, no two days look the same. You’ll be:

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across a diverse range of machinery and plant
• Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum
• Fabricating, modifying, and commissioning machinery improvements
• Spotting potential issues early and backing yourself to recommend practical fixes
• Managing your own workflow and parts requirements across changing priorities
• Providing technical support to operational teams — and jumping on the machinery during peak periods when the business needs it

The person we’re after

You’re a solutions-focussed engineer who takes genuine pride in quality workmanship. Preferably, you are trade-qualified and enjoy solving practical problems more than talking about them.

You understand that being a team player matters as much as what you know. You don’t need to be perfect, but you need to care about doing things right.
