Based in a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll work independently day-to-day while contributing to a wider team. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Based in Auckland, you’ll work closely with the Sales Team and internal stakeholders across the business. You’ll also be:

• Managing purchase orders and coordinating stock processes end-to-end, including receiving, allocation, dispatch, and returns.

• Maintaining accurate stock records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring all administration is up to date.

•Ensuring stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and investigating and resolving any stock discrepancies.

• Supporting collaboration across Sales, Education, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinating client events and assisting with marketing activities, campaigns, and collateral and manage travel bookings, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.

• Providing general sales administration support while building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a sales administration or customer-facing role, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Confident working with systems and data, including intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

• Able to work autonomously with excellent time management and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• A relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage, though practical experience is highly valued.

Company Overview

Our field is IT. That means we turn great ideas into technology that supports Aotearoa. That takes smart, creative thinking. The intellectual rigour to not settle for “close enough”. And the persistence to test and fail, and keep testing and failing until it works, and works beautifully. It’s hard work. We love it. We’ve got ambitious plans. Talk to us about realising yours.
