The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our Feilding team in a newly created, hands-on role.

This position supports day-to-day finance operations, including maintaining accurate financial and operational data, processing accounts payable and contractor payments, and assisting with month-end reporting, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also support debt collection activities, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will play a key role in improving systems and processes and supporting the implementation of new tools across multiple entities. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both detail-oriented work and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support reporting, analysis, and month-end processes
  • Contribute to system and process improvements
  • Support implementation of new systems and tools
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide general accounting and administrative support as required
