THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our small and friendly team at our Northgate branch. If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and have experience within Hydraulics, Industrial Sales or any other similar industry, then this is the role for you!

In this position you will be required to provide premier customer service and offer timely solutions in resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers. You will work within a small yet talented team in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions are valued.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible working hours between 8am-5pm. Interviews are available NOW. Full training, support and guidance is provided by some of the best leaders in the industry!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Dealing with all incoming Internal Sales enquiries
  • Prepare customer quotes as required
  • Process customer orders and invoices as required
  • Assist new customers with product selection
  • Answer telephones and respond to our clients’ queries which may include following up orders, responding to complaints or providing technical support
  • Sourcing & offering alternative products
  • Processing all specific customer credits from start to finish

ABOUT YOU

  • Have experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service, Technical or Support functions
  • Hydraulics experience or similar experience in an industrial setting preferable
  • Be an excellent problem solver
  • Come with great time management skills
  • Have exceptional organisational skills
  • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Be action orientated
