Factory Hand/Driver

About the Role:

This is a varied factory hand role at our lobster processing facility in Dunedin. You’ll play an essential part in helping us deliver our world-class product to markets locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and timely transportation of live lobster and materials between sites

• General factory duties, including handling, grading, and packing lobster

• Assisting with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries

• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment

• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Available to work public holidays and weekends (essential)

• A clean and full NZ driver’s licence (Class 1 minimum, Class 2 preferred)

• Forklift licence a plus (or willingness to obtain)

• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious

• Previous experience in a factory or driving role is an advantage, but complete training will be provided
