About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Services Coordinator to join our Coaching Operations team, based at our Ellerslie Head Office.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll support day-to-day operations across our transport and tourism services, help troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to fraud investigations and process improvements.

Our operations run 6:30am to 8:00pm, seven days a week, with shifts rostered within these hours. Once fully trained, you’ll have the option to work from home up to two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day transport and tourism operations
  • Assisting with service disruptions, delays, and incidents and monitoring service performance
  • Coordinating communication across drivers, depots, and internal teams
  • Assisting with incident reporting and escalation
  • Troubleshooting core systems and assist internal users with functionality
  • Recording bugs, inconsistencies, and system improvements across core systems and apps
  • Contributing to user guides, training materials, and SOP updates
  • Assisting with the investigation of suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and support improvements
