About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As our People Experience Manager (0.5-0.6 FTE | 18.75-22.5 hours per week), you’ll lead our people initiatives, partner with leaders, and help shape a great employee experience.
We offer flexibility in how you work, with a preference for three days a week in the central Wellington based office to build relationships, collaborate, and stay connected.
With the support of our full-time Senior People Experience Advisor, you’ll support the development and delivery of our people strategy while providing expert advice, coaching leaders, driving change initiatives, leading projects, and managing key external relationships. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you’ll thrive in this role.
Who we’re looking for | Tā mātou e kimi nei
- Tertiary qualification in HR and/or comparable experience in a senior people role.
- Experience working with senior leaders including Chief Executive and leadership teams.
- Broad experience across a range of people disciplines.
- Strong background in leadership capability development, employment relations, disciplinary processes, performance management and change processes is essential.
