The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Wealth Management Adviser/Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front while continuing to build trusted client relationships. This role can be based in our Takapuna or Parnell office.

Primarily, you will be responsible for providing excellent advice to a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their wealth needs are met. You will be a pro-active individual who has proven strength and success driving new business, and you will also understand the importance of relationship management, finding the right solutions and the ability to add value.

You will also lead a hub of Wealth Financial Advisers within a national team. You will provide regular coaching and development to a high performing team to build team capability and drive strong outcomes for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Financial Adviser within the New Zealand industry
  • Level 5 qualification in Financial Services (Investment strand)
  • Proven success in a customer focused sales and advisory environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and investment solutions
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes and experiences

You will need exceptional communication, relationship and negotiation skills. We need someone who passionate about what they do and has the desire to not only grow and develop in their own career but the team and our business as a whole.
