About the Role:

An exciting opportunity within the Financial Services Industry for someone with a strong client focus who wants to be tasked with ensuring our quality assurance (QA) and risk management framework across our business holds the clients at the centre. This isn’t your standard QA role – we believe that our QA framework is an integral and important part of our capability development programme.  

You will be part of the team that implements our compliance assurance framework, focusing on the quality and appropriateness of the outcomes and providing regular coaching to leaders and advisers to help build their capability.  You’ll report findings and insights back to key stakeholders as required, and input into various continuous improvement activities. 

 

This role and requires you to engage and influence at all levels within the business. This includes with staff, management, external and internal stakeholders. We utilise AI tools to support our work in various forms across the business, including quality assurance.  

What are we looking for?  

Someone who has experience and a good grasp on the financial services industry. You’ll also ideally have a relevant tertiary and professional qualification coupled with solid experience with regulatory compliance and or commercial law/ auditing.  

You will have an understanding and working knowledge of relevant legislation (FMCA, FSLA, Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services) 

You will need to have all those key interpersonal skills – strong written, verbal and collaborative communication. Lastly. you’ll need to be highly organised and be able to juggle multiple things at once.
