About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Case Manager team. In this role, you’ll support our Insurance Advisers to provide high-quality administration and client support including:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and our insurance providers to provide an exceptional client service
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to respond to client enquiries and proactively offer policy reviews
  • Handling policy servicing, including alterations, general updates, and arrears handling
  • Supporting our advisers with administrative tasks

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential.
  • A communication style that exudes a natural warmth and empathy
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time well
  • A great work ethic that is full of motivation, enthusiasm and initiative
  • A ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to get stuck in and help our anywhere
  • Experience or interest in the financial services sector is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll teach you what you need to know!
