 The Role:

As an Adviser Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the advice and coaching operations. You’ll work closely with advisers and clients, helping advisers stay focused on delivering great outcomes for our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative support to advisers and clients that supports advice execution
  • Respond to client queries on phone and email, with a professional and client-first approach
  • Help us improve our opportunity and referral management in Salesforce
  • Maintain client records and support the client journey using CRM systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying administrative and process enhancements

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a customer focused and/or administration role
  • Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical ability, experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help out wherever needed
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time well
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Experience or interest in the financial service sector is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll teach you what you need to know!
