  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer communications
  • Work closely with sales, procurement and service delivery teams
  • Help improve internal processes and support Salesforce adoption
  • Ensure customer information and documentation is accurate and up to date

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Communicate confidently with both customers and internal teams

  • Want to build a long-term career in sales and account management

Ideally, you’ll have experience with:

  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Administration, customer service or sales support experience
  • A qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales, IT or a related discipline (desirable)

Career Development

This role has been designed as a career pathway into Account Management.

You’ll receive mentoring, hands-on training and exposure to customer engagement, opportunity management, vendor relationships and commercial account planning, giving you the skills and experience to progress your career within efex.
