We are seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to join the People team at the Tauranga head office.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide sound operational HR support to ensure smooth delivery of core people processes. This role will focus on accurate HR data management, recruitment coordination, contract and pre-employment management, as well providing our people and managers HR advisory support in all matters people and employment relations.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory and/or HR Coordinator/Administrator role.
- Understanding of relevant NZ Employment Legislation.
- Well-developed skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Employment Hero (preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Demonstrates a positive, solutions-focused attitude, with a genuine desire to support people and contribute to a great workplace experience.
