The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Depot Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support and effective container control for the depot, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting and record management. You will play a key role in supporting depot operations while delivering professional and responsive service to both internal and external customers.

Working closely with the Depot Manager and wider depot team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the depot and contribute to the efficient coordination of operational activities.

What you’ll Bring

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in shipping and logistics·
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Highly organised with effective time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • An understanding of container control systems.
