Coastal Medical Ltd (CML) is a growing primary healthcare provider supporting communities across Taranaki through our four practice locations:

  • Stratford
  • Ōakura
  • Ōpunake
  • The Healthcare Hub, New Plymouth

We’re looking for capable and motivated administrators and reception professionals interested in both current and future opportunities across our practices.

✨ Current opportunities include:

  • a 32-hour per week Reception/Administration position based in Stratford, worked over 4 days
  • a 15-hour per week HR Administration opportunity, which may be based remotely or from The Healthcare Hub in New Plymouth

🌟 About the role

No two days are the same at CML. Depending on the position and location, you could be the friendly face welcoming patients at reception, supporting busy healthcare teams behind the scenes, or helping keep our administration and HR processes running smoothly.

You’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for patients, supporting our clinical teams, and helping our practices operate efficiently every day.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Reception and front desk support
  • Welcoming and assisting patients and visitors
  • Patient bookings and enquiries
  • General medical administration
  • Document and records management
  • Inbox and correspondence coordination
  • HR administration support
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records
  • Supporting clinical and operational teams
