Pricing Assistant/Specialist – East Tamaki

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Specialist to join our close-knit pricing team! Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring every warehousing and transport job is costed and charged accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing daily pricing activities and verify operational charges to ensure customers are charged the correct rates
• Managing the weekly pricing audit process and invoicing customers
• Reviewing and validating carrier invoices against contracted rates and services
• Processing debits, credits, and non-conformance reports for Transport and Storage
• Manual invoicing
• Maintaining and reporting Fuel Adjustment Factor calculation changes as required.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• A background in, and understanding of, the transport and logistics industry
• Pricing or accounts-related experience
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A solid administrative background
• Intermediate-level Excel skills
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 system is a bonus but not required.
