The Role

Are you looking to start or grow your career in Customer Service? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our supportive Customer Services team, working within one of our key customer accounts, while developing your skills in the fast-paced world of third-party logistics (3PL).

You’ll receive hands-on training while learning how to process customer orders and documentation, communicate with customers, and provide outstanding service across our operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

You’ll be joining a fun, experienced, and collaborative team that is committed to helping you succeed.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week) 

Working Arrangement: Hybrid office and warehousing environment, with an initial 3-month training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data.
  • Process customer orders and supporting documentation.
  • Provide timely and professional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Be organised and able to prioritise your workload.
  • Have a strong command of English both written and verbal.
  • Be friendly, confident, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be eager to learn and thrive in a team environment.

Previous experience in the warehousing or logistics industry is not essential but would be advantageous.
