Digital Systems Manager

As our new Digital Systems Manager, you’ll be responsible for the health, integration, and evolution of Business Canterbury’s digital platforms, ensuring our people have the tools, insights, and support they need to deliver exceptional results.

  What You’ll Do 

  • Digital Strategy & Systems Management – owning and optimising our core systems, including CRM and integrated business platforms, while driving digital improvement initiatives. 

 

  • Technology, AI & Business Efficiency – identifying opportunities to streamline operations, automate processes, and use AI to enhance organisational capability and scale. 

 

  • Website & Digital Asset Management – overseeing our websites and digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration, excellent user experience, and strong member engagement. 

 

  • Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics – creating meaningful dashboards and performance reporting that provide visibility of key organisational metrics and support data-driven decision making. 
  • Vendor & Service Desk Management – managing technology partners and support providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive user experiences across the organisation.

Who You Are 

 

You’re a curious and commercially minded digital professional who understands both technology and business outcomes. You enjoy being hands on, solving problems, simplifying processes, and bringing people on the journey through change. 

You’ll bring: 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in systems management, digital operations, business analysis, or a similar role. 
  • Proven experience managing and optimising business systems, platforms, and integrations, ideally with previous experience in Hubspot. 
  • Demonstrated success implementing technology and AI solutions that improve efficiency and delivery. 
  • Advanced reporting, dashboard, and data visualisation capability, ideally with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data quality and governance. 
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 
  • A collaborative, self-directed approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
