We’re seeking a Technician (Architectural Draftsperson) to join our Auckland studio and play a key role in the delivery of commercial and retail projects. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to learn from talented Senior Technicians while contributing to the design and construction of innovative architectural solutions.

About the role

Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings and sketches using CAD software
Assist with the development of design concepts and documentation
Collaborate with the wider design team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities to resolve technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related discipline
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in New Zealand
Proficient in the use of Revit
Strong technical drafting skills with attention to detail
Understanding of building codes, regulations and construction practices
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
