Brendan Foot Supersite is a proud, family-owned automotive business representing some of the biggest and most trusted vehicle brands in New Zealand. We’re known for our great people, excellent service, and a commitment to doing things right.
We’re looking for an Used Vehicle Appraiser & Valuer to join our busy used vehicle team. This is
a key role in our sales process, helping our Sales Consultants and Sales Managers secure quality trade-ins through accurate, fair and commercially sound vehicle appraisals.
About the role
As our Used Vehicle Appraiser & Valuer, you’ll be responsible for assessing and valuing customer trade-ins across our busy dealership. You’ll work closely with our sales team to help support sales, provide timely and accurate valuations, and ensure every appraisal is completed with care, integrity and strong commercial judgement.
This role requires someone who understands the used vehicle market, knows what makes a vehicle
retail-ready, and can balance customer expectations with realistic market value, reconditioning costs and dealership profitability.
While the core focus of the role is trade-in appraisal and valuation, there will also be some used
vehicle buying involved, including identifying and sourcing quality vehicles where required to support stock flow. You’ll also play an important role in assessing reconditioning requirements and working with the wider team to ensure vehicles are prepared to the right standard for resale.
This is a hands-on Tuesday to Saturday role, suited to someone who enjoys being part of the sales
process, has strong used vehicle knowledge, and can make confident, commercially sound appraisal decisions.

- Maintain strong awareness of used vehicle market trends, demand, pricing and stock movement
- Build trusted working relationships across the sales, service, reconditioning and management teams
- Act with integrity and professionalism in every appraisal and customer interaction
