Brendan Foot Supersite is looking for a Junior Parts Advisor to join our busy and high-performing Parts team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to build a career in the automotive industry. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn. Experience is less important to us than reliability, teamwork, and
enthusiasm.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn all aspects of the Parts Department. You’ll work alongside experienced team members learning how to interpret parts enquiries, identify and supply the
correct parts, and support both workshop technicians and retail customers.
You’ll also spend time in the parts warehouse learning stock systems and helping ensure parts are picked, receipted, and stored accurately.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Learning how to answer customer and workshop parts enquiries
• Interpreting parts requirements and identifying the correct parts and accessories
• Assisting with selling parts over the counter and to workshop repair orders
• Picking and supplying stock from the parts warehouse
• Assisting with receipting incoming stock and checking deliveries
• Helping maintain accurate stock locations and warehouse organisation
• Learning dealership systems and processes for ordering and tracking parts
• Working closely with the service and workshop teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Communicates confidently and professionally with customers and team members
• Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing wherever needed
• Is reliable, motivated, and willing to roll up their sleeves
• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
• Can stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment
An interest in cars or the automotive industry would be a real advantage.
What’s In It For You
• Full training and support from an experienced team
• The opportunity to develop valuable automotive parts knowledge and skills
• A varied role combining customer service, sales, and warehouse operations
• Career growth opportunities within a large, well-established dealership
