At Brendan Foot Supersite, service is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Lower Hutt Service Centre as a Service Advisor.

You’ll be joining a team of three advisors, working alongside a supportive and experienced group who are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and our workshop — ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking through to vehicle handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm, professional experience for customers dropping off and collecting their vehicles
  • Managing service enquiries and bookings
  • Keeping customers informed with regular updates, including any additional work required
  • Liaising closely with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
  • Coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required parts
  • Preparing and processing invoices daily
  • Contributing to team targets, budgets, and KPIs

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with people:

  • Automotive experience is preferred, or experience in a similar fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Motivated to achieve targets and add value for customers
  • Full, clean driver’s licence
