Warehouse Supervisor – Henderson – West Auckland
Mon–Thu 8:30am–5:00pm | Fri 8:00am–4:30pm | Small team | High task variety
$30-$35/hour, depending on experience.
Blundstone is an iconic Australasian brand with a big footprint in work, safety and lifestyle footwear. Our Auckland site is a small, hands‑on operation — and we’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and keeping things running smoothly.
The role
Based in Henderson, West Auckland, and reporting to the NZ Operations Manager, you’ll be the go‑to person on the floor — keeping priorities clear, work flowing, and the team supported.
This isn’t a “same thing every day” warehouse job. You’ll split your time across:

hands‑on warehousing (inwards/outwards, pick/pack, inventory, safety)

leading a small team (about 5 people) with day‑to‑day direction and coaching

supporting the team to run a small retail sales counter (selling product direct to the public)

coordinating customer priorities with our on-site Customer Service team

project work focused on continuous improvement of operations
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily floor activities across receiving, dispatch, replenishment and inventory
- Coach, support and set the pace for a small team (hands‑on leadership)
- Keep a strong safety and housekeeping focus (you’ll set the standard)
- Troubleshoot daily issues (late freight, urgent orders, stock discrepancies)
- Identify and implement simple improvements to speed, accuracy and workflow
- Build capability in the team and support succession planning for future growth
About you
You’ll have:
- An interest in our brand/industry
- Experience training and coaching others/managing teams
- Solid warehouse/storeperson experience (pick/pack, dispatch, receipting, stock)
- Confidence giving direction, setting and maintaining standards
- A practical, calm approach with excellent communication skills
- Pride in accuracy, safety and presentation
Nice to have (not essential):
- Forkhoist licence/reach experience
- Experience training new starters
