Description

Join our Mangawhai team and play an important role behind the scenes of a busy, successful real estate office.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Bayleys Mangawhai team, working 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.

This is a varied role supporting our sales team across the full property listing and sale process. You’ll coordinate property campaigns, prepare marketing and client documentation, manage listings across our systems and online platforms, keep deadlines on track, and help ensure everything we produce reflects the Bayleys brand.

You’ll be someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving; organised, calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and privacy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating property listings and marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels
  • Preparing sales proposals, property information and client communications
  • Managing listing information and activity through Bayleys CRM and other platforms
  • Keeping campaign deadlines, signage, print, photography and other activity on track
  • Providing regular listing and campaign updates to the sales team
  • Supporting agents with day-to-day administration and general enquiries
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers as required
  • Helping maintain Bayleys brand standards across all property marketing
  • Assisting with auctions, office activity, events and special projects
  • Providing occasional front-of-house support and helping keep the office running smoothly.

About you:

You’ll ideally bring strong administration experience and be confident working across multiple systems and priorities. Experience within real estate would be an advantage, but just as important is your ability to learn quickly, take ownership and provide exceptional support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Good general technology and Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • A proactive approach – you notice what needs doing and get on with it
  • A professional, friendly manner and willingness to be part of a team
  • The ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Why Bayleys in the North?

You’ll be joining a collaborative team within one of New Zealand’s most recognised real estate brands, with the opportunity to work in a busy local office where your contribution genuinely matters.
