Lodge Attendant | Barossa Valley, SA

About the Role

The Louise is seeking a Lodge Attendant to join our team in the heart of South Australia’s Barossa Valley. This is a hands on, multi skilled role centred on food and beverage service and housekeeping, with some light property presentation duties.

You will move between our restaurant, guest suites and public spaces, delivering warm and attentive service one moment and impeccable room presentation the next. Your versatility will be genuinely valued, and no two days will look the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering food and beverage service across breakfast, dinner and in suite dining
  • Setting and resetting the restaurant, including table settings and presentation
  • Supporting bar service and showcasing Barossa wines to guests
  • Servicing guest suites to luxury standards, including turndown
  • Maintaining housekeeping presentation across public and back of house areas
  • Managing linen, amenities and stock replenishment
  • Assisting with light property presentation and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Supporting the broader team during peak periods and special events

About You

You are a warm and versatile hospitality professional who takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys working across both service and housekeeping.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a fine dining or premium setting
  • Housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel or lodge environment
  • A genuine attention to detail and commitment to presentation standards
  • An interest in wine, with knowledge of the Barossa region an advantage
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Current Australian working rights
