About the Role

The Louise is seeking a warm and attentive Guest Services Agent to join our team in the heart of the Barossa Valley. As part of an intimate and award-winning luxury property, you will be a key point of contact for guests from arrival through to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standard The Louise is known for.

In this role, you will work across all areas of the guest journey, anticipating needs and delivering personalised service that leaves a lasting impression. If you have a genuine passion for hospitality and the Barossa region, this is a wonderful opportunity to be part of something special.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing reservations, enquiries and guest communications
  • Providing tailored recommendations for local experiences, dining and wine
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage and management teams
  • Handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
  • Supporting the broader team across operational needs as required

About You

You are a passionate and guest-focused hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every person who walks through the door.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a guest services, front office or reception role
  • Experience in a luxury, boutique or 5-star accommodation environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in the Barossa Valley, its wine and its produce
  • Proficiency with a property management system such as RMS or Opera
  • The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Current Australian working rights
