About the Role

Huka Lodge is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences at one of New Zealand’s most iconic luxury lodges.

From relaxed breakfasts by the river to refined evening dining, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest moments through attentive, personalised service and a passion for food and wine.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across all dining experiences
• Providing knowledgeable and engaging wine service
• Creating a warm, welcoming and professional guest experience
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating meaningful guest experiences. You bring energy, professionalism and a genuine love for food, wine and service.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in section waiting or restaurant service
• Confidence in serving wine in a restaurant setting
• A strong interest in food and beverage, ideally with knowledge of New Zealand wines
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
• A positive, engaging personality and a team-focused approach
