About Attach2

We’re Australasia’s leading provider of excavator attachments—supporting industries like construction, mining, quarrying, and civil infrastructure. When customers come to us, they need it done right and done fast. That’s where you come in.

At Attach2, we’re in the business of transforming the construction landscape. As a leading provider of excavator attachments, we don’t just supply products – we enable our customers to conquer challenges in mining, quarrying, road building, and infrastructure development. Every attachment we deliver makes a tangible difference. The machines we sell burn diesel! We’re not here for just “good enough.” Our culture is intense, restless, and relentless in the pursuit of excellence. If you share our passion for delivering value and making things happen, keep reading. If not? This might not be the right place for you.

What You’ll Do

As our Aftersales Representative, you will be a key point of contact for all our customer communications, ensuring all incoming calls and emails are handled promptly, professionally, and with a high level of accuracy. You will take ownership of each enquiry from the outset, capturing the necessary details clearly and coordinating internally where required to ensure a smooth and efficient outcome. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless experience, with consistent follow-up and clear communication so customers remain informed at every stage. All interactions will be accurately recorded in CRM systems to maintain visibility and continuity.

Here’s what your day might look like and consist of:

  • Customer Communication – Managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, clearly understood, and accurately captured.

  • Bring the energy – Be part of a fast-moving team that thrives on action and results.

This Role Is for You If You:

  • Have experience in sales or parts, admin, service coordination, or a service desk/counter role, rental desks etc.

  • A natural drive to go above and beyond—because “good enough” isn’t your style
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot, Business Central, or in the construction industry
