• Completing bank reconciliations
• Issuing customer statements and following up overdue accounts

• Supporting month-end reporting activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records and finance system data
• Assisting with process improvements and administrative efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely have previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounts
administration role and enjoy working in an environment where accuracy and organisation
are highly valued.
Ideally you’ll bring:
• Previous accounts payable or accounts administration experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• The ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central would be a bonus
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is a great fit for our team.
The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
You’ll fit in well if you:
• Take ownership and follow through on commitments
• Look for better ways of doing things
• Communicate openly and respectfully
• Support teammates without being asked
• Enjoy working in a practical, no-ego environment
• Are curious about new technology and interested in exploring how AI and other digital tools can improve efficiency and ways of working
Why Join Equip2?
• Be part of a supportive, collaborative team
• Work in a business where your contribution is visible and valued
• Opportunity to contribute ideas and help improve business processes
• Work with a team that values both high performance and having fun along the way

If you’re an organised, proactive person who enjoys numbers and loves accuracy while being part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
