Retail Assistant – Queenstown

Part-time | Minimum 30 hours per week

Required days include: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

About the Role:

Our picturesque Queenstown store is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to join the successful AS Colour team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering consistently high-quality customer service and representing the AS Colour brand with confidence
  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation, merchandising and stock standards
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet sales and service targets
  • Following systems, processes and expectations to keep the store running smoothly.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience and a strong work ethic
  • Is reliable, punctual, and comfortable committing to set weekend hours
  • Works well in a close-knit team and manages time effectively during busy shifts
  • Has confidence, initiative, and a genuine interest in selling quality apparel
  • Takes pride in personal presentation and understands the importance of brand representation
  • Is eligible to work in New Zealand
  • This role will suit someone who wants stable hours, clear expectations and a team that values effort and accountability.
