Description

AMV Group is one of Australasia’s largest and fastest-growing vaping and nicotine-replacement products businesses, and behind every product that reaches our 5,500+ retail outlets across New Zealand and Australia is a warehouse team that makes it happen.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our daily operations and lead a high-performing team from the front. • Coordinate end-to-end retail supply fulfilment, working closely with the Inventory team to keep stock accurate and stores supplied on time and to brand standard
  • Act as the first point of contact for freight partners and collaborate with the Supply & Demand team
  • Maintain and develop SOPs to drive consistent, high-quality output across the floor
  • Lead stock takes, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee packaging and consumable supply
  • Manage rosters, timesheets, and leave approvals for the team
  • Drive a zero-harm Health & Safety culture, identifying hazards and keeping the environment safe for everyone
  • Actively work towards and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role, ideally in a high-volume consumable goods environment
  • Strong proficiency using ERP/WMS systems
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, you’re as comfortable coaching on the floor as you are managing performance
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with sharp attention to detail
  • Highly organised, and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Someone who takes full ownership of the warehouse floor – autonomous, accountable, and solutions-focused
  • Someone who is hungry to learn and grow their career with the business
