Are you a natural people-person who thrives on building strong relationships with key accounts? We are looking for a Territory Manager based in (or around) Whangarei!
The Territory for this role would encompass all of the Far North up to Cape Reinga, and down as far as Wellsford. As the face of our brand in the region, you’ll spend most of your time on the road building strong customer relationships through a regular call cycle. You’ll become a trusted partner to your customers while identifying opportunities to drive sales and grow the business across the territory.

About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional with a drive for success and the commercial aptitude to match. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate, results-driven, and knows how to build strong customer relationships. Your proactive approach and competitive spirit will empower you to take full ownership of the territory – increasing sales volume and product range, ensuring optimal store execution, and collaborating closely with customers to drive mutual growth.
You’ll think strategically about your selling approach, understand your customers’ needs, and deliver exceptional results across the Petrol, Grocery, and Connivence channels in your territory.
What you’ll do:
- Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key customers across Petrol, Grocery, and Convenience channels
- Win new business within your territory
- Monitor and analyse territory performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, identifying opportunities for growth
- Deliver to volume and ranging KPIs
- Understand channel priorities and execute with exceptional planning and precision
- Ensure compliance with in-store standards, prime positioning, and New Zealand regulations
- Drive execution of commercial and strategic plans
- Educate customers on our product portfolio and categories
About You
You bring proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Territory/Area Management.
FMCG experience is a strong advantage.

- A full New Zealand driver’s licence holder
