Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service & Sales Support team on a part-time, 6-month fixed-term contract to support our busy operations.

This role is ideally 20 hours per week, working 9:00am –1:00pm Monday to Friday, however we can offer flexibility in hours and working arrangements for the right candidate.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering outstanding support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring orders, returns, credits, and customer enquiries are managed efficiently while supporting our Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Wholesale Operations team, you’ll:

  • Manage customer enquiries & issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and product support.
  • Investigate inventory and order discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Support customers with system and process enquiries across phone and email channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and report operational issues as required.
  • Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll Have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or wholesale operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
