About the Opportunity
As AMV Group accelerates its technology transformation, we are investing in the internal capability to deliver change at scale – with quality and confidence. The Quality Assurance Analyst is a pivotal new role created to establish rigorous, structured quality control across all our technology platforms, ensuring every release meets the high standards required to support our rapid international growth.
This role sits at the heart of our technology transformation, working across both the Tech Ops and Technology Enablement Teams in an agile, sprint-based delivery environment. You will be the guardian of release quality – establishing structured, repeatable testing frameworks that our business and stakeholders can trust across every release cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy covering our ERP, eCommerce platforms, and system integrations
- Perform structured regression testing across our ERP and key integrated systems with every sprint cycle
- Support agile sprint-based testing cycles, working closely with delivery engineers and the Solutions Specialist
- Manage UAT coordination with business stakeholders – ensuring timely, well-communicated, and efficient acceptance cycles
- Own the end-to-end defect tracking and resolution workflow, driving issues to closure
- Build automated test scripts to accelerate coverage and reduce manual effort over time
- Maintain and enforce release quality gates to ensure no unvetted code reaches production
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in ERP platform testing and integration testing desirable
- Solid understanding of regression testing frameworks and methodologies
- Proven ability to work within agile / sprint-based delivery teams
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
- Strong documentation discipline – you write clear test plans, defect reports, and UAT sign-off records
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills – you can translate technical issues into plain language
- Exposure to ERP or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable
