The Opportunity

We are expanding our team and are recruiting:

• Full Time Support Workers

• Flexible Casual Support Workers


Commencing July/ August 2026.


You will work alongside participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high quality, person centred support that builds independence, safety, and meaningful outcomes.


This may include:

  • Community access and skill development
  • Support with daily living and routines
  • Emotional regulation and behavioural support implementation
  • Personal care and manual handling
  • Medication assistance
  • High intensity supports where trained
  • Supporting participants to achieve NDIS goals

We support both standard and complex presentations, so confidence, calmness, and emotional intelligence are essential.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who:

  • Have previous disability support experience
  • Are confident with complex behaviours or high support needs
  • Understand trauma informed and neuro affirming practice
  • Can write clear, professional case notes
  • Communicate well with families and allied health teams
  • Are reliable and accountable

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Manual Handling training
  • Medication Administration Training
  • Diabetes and subcutaneous injection training
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
