At Zentry we manufacture + install automatic door operators.

What is a door operator? You may ask. Well in simple terms it makes sliding and swing doors open/close automatically.

Primary role is suited to:

• Full-time
• Sales + Project Administrator
• Hybrid Role – Work from home option.
• Organised, proactive + detail orientated
• Comfortable with computers, systems + keeping things in their place
• Someone who likes getting things done, following up + making progress
• Ready to grow with a young, ambitious business

Primary Tasks: Sales + Project Admin

• Support sales team with leads, opportunities + quotes
• Coordinate projects from quote through to installation + completion
• Manage customer communication, onboarding + follow-ups
• Handle invoicing, documentation + general admin support

Previous Experience Required:

• Experience in Sales Admin, Project Admin or Customer Service
• Strong computer + IT skills
• Excellent written + verbal communication
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
