Purpose of the role:

The energy market is changing fast. Price volatility, distributed energy (solar, batteries, EVs), and growing regulatory and emissions pressures are reshaping how businesses manage energy.

As Energy Solutions Manager, you’ll turn these shifts into commercially sound, scalable products. You’ll design strong commercial models, set governance frameworks, and embed solutions into day-to-day operations.

Your focus is simple: build offerings that work commercially, operate smoothly, and deliver measurable value to customers and Zembl.

  • Structure partner agreements and manage commercial risk
  • Establish governance and regulatory alignment frameworks
  • Embed products into CRM systems and operational workflows
  • Define and track KPIs to drive performance and scalability
  • Support Sales and Customer teams with tools and commercial clarity
  • Continuously improve products based on financial and operational insights

About you:

You’re a commercially minded product professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You’re comfortable moving between modelling, negotiation, process mapping and supporting sales with clear commercial logic. You have:

  • 8+ years’ experience in product development
  • Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
  • Experience structuring and managing external partnerships
  • Skilled in process design, governance and operational rollout
  • Confident working with CRM systems and operational platforms
  • Understanding of energy procurement, solar, batteries or related technologies

Benefits:

  • Zembl supports a hybrid work-from-home and in-the-office approach, (ability to work abroad for up to 20 days per year!)
  • Join a supportive and enthusiastic team with an active social calendar
  • Earn additional annual leave through team incentives and years of service
