Description

Location: Karratha residential

Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – Part time may be considered for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

The Fleet and Asset Support Officer is responsible for providing operational and logistical support across asset management, fleet, maintenance, PPE, uniforms and general operational activities. The role is responsible for helping ensure company assets are inspected, maintained, serviced and accurately recorded, while coordinating the procurement, allocation and tracking of operational equipment and supplies.

This is a hands-on coordination role that combines field-based activities, systems and record keeping, procurement support and general operational assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fleet bookings, servicing schedules, and maintenance to ensure vehicles and assets remain compliant and operational.
  • Coordinate uniform and PPE orders, distribution, stock levels, and employee collections.
  • Conduct stocktakes of PPE, uniforms, asset consumables, and IT hardware.
  • Support asset compliance through inspections, servicing coordination, and equipment calibration.
  • Assist with IT hardware allocation and ordering for employees.
  • Coordinate warehouse receivables and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
  • Generate Purchase Orders and provide general administrative support.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

  

About You

This position would suit someone who enjoys variety in a fast paced environment. You will have:

 

  • Previous experience in fleet, assets or maintenance coordination; or similar relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of service scheduling, procurement, and asset management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Proficiency with asset management software (e.g., Procore, MYOB, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
