As a Recruitment Partner at Youth Projects, you’ll build and maintain relationships with local employers, create meaningful job opportunities and connect young people with employment pathways that change lives.
The focus is on creating high value employment pathways and working directly with our Youth Coach and Engagement team to understand our clients’ needs and how they fit within the current labour market.
This role is much more than just filling vacancies. You’re building and nurturing positive working relationships with clients and local employers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to support them along the way.

Your day to day as a Recruitment Partner
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities and repeat placement pathways.
- Match, coach and support young people into employment, helping them prepare for work and overcome barriers to success.
- Work collaboratively with Youth Coaches and Engagement staff to connect participants with suitable opportunities and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- Grow your network through outreach, business development, events and community engagement activities.

Key requirements
- Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Employment Services, Mentoring, Recruitment or a similar field.
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Strong administration skills and competency across Microsoft Office applications.
- Australian Drivers License
