Disability Support Worker – Caloundra QLD, Australia

Looking for someone who can be a support worker to a young Aussie la who enjoys 4WDing, rap and country music and has his own clothing label!

What will you be doing?

• Supporting client-centred daily living (personal care, meals, mobility, meds)
• Joining in on social and recreational activities
• Building genuine connections with clients and their families

What are we looking for?

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or similar)
• First Aid + CPR, Driver’s Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC)
• Someone willing to do a 3pm – 10pm shift, and some actives
• Experience with hoisting / manual handling
• Great communication skills and a positive, client and team attitude
• Experience in complex behaviours is a plus, but passion and people skills matter most
