- Manage a diverse pipeline of projects that support member housing, employee accommodation and future home‑ownership pathways, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Coordinate contractors, builders, trades and specialist consultants, ensuring clear scopes of work, value for money and high‑quality project delivery.
- Oversee cyclical and responsive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, timelines and risk registers, providing regular updates to leadership and contributing to strong governance and accountability.
- Provide insights on asset performance, future infrastructure needs and opportunities for strategic investment to support long‑term organisational planning.
- Support the development of long‑term strategic asset management plans, including analysis of maintenance trends, forecasting capital requirements and identifying opportunities to optimise asset utilisation.
